At DICARM we are dedicated to provide you with the best quality supplements and beauty products to your satisfaction. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Below is our Return and Refund Policy. Please read carefully, before initiating a return.
RETURNS AND ELIGIBILITY
You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return the item. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@dicarm.ca. with your order information and the reason of return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions where to send your package. Please note, currently we are not providing a return shipping label, and you will be responsible to return the item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns more than $150 are subject to 15% fee.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Include images in your email, so that we can be informed of the case. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as some health and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please note, that Items on sale or gift cards aren’t eligible for return.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. The refund amount will be determined based on the product condition. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less shipping cost within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to defect or an error on our part.You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
