ORDER PROCESSING
We process successfully placed orders within 1-3 business days(excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your address. Please review and ensure the provided address is correct, as we aren’t responsible for non-delivery due to the errors in the provided address.
ORDER SHIPPING
You will receive a confirmation email with order tracking number once your order is shipped.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address and shipping method. We use Canada Post expedited parcel shipping with the estimated delivery time varying from 1-5 business days. Remote regions such as Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon may take longer. Please note, the delivery time is an estimate, and we cannot guarantee the delivery time. While we partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders, there are factors that are out of our control, including weather, holiday time and other unpredictable issues on carrier side. In such cases, please communicate with us that we can resolve the issue.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELATION
Please check your order before final submission to avoid costly cancelations.
You may make changes or cancel your order up to 2 hours after placing your order. This must be before 12:00pm, Monday to Friday. To cancel your order please email support@dicarm.ca and one of our team member will gladly help you.
SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounts with conditions applied. We currently offer free shipping across Canada on orders over $97 after discounts and before taxes applied.The offers and discounts are subject to change without notice. Please check our website or subscribe to our newsletter for updates. We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel shipping when you qualify for Free Shipping.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship only within Canada. We don’t ship internationally at this time. Please check our website, as this may change any time.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@dicarm.ca
NOTE: If your package has been sent back to us after a 3rd delivery attempt by Canada Post, you will be charged the shipping cost + 10% admin fee. You will also be charged for the shipping cost to deliver the package back to you.
